Welcome to the Bulky Waste Collection Service
Our TB4B service collection Service is now operating a normal service of six days a week.
All items must be left outside of your property by 7am on the day of your collection. The crew will not enter your property except under exceptional circumstances.
If you feel you have exceptional circumstances, please e-mail TB4B@rbkc.gov.uk or call us on 020 7361 3001. Please be aware that this process may delay your booking while a risk assessment is carried out.
Please note that refunds will not be offered if a collection cannot be completed due to booking conditions not being met.
